Our price for embroidered emblems is based upon these factors: *Patch size *Quantity *Embroidery percentage *Type of backing. Whether there is an embroidered border or hot knifed cut out.
Price includes up to seven standard embroidery colors. On the rare occasion that your patch design requires more than 7 colors, each additional color is 8 cents per color. For example, a 10 color patch would cost an additional 24 cents per piece over the base price.
For metallic threads add 15 cents to the base price per patch.
Heat seal backing is available at an extra charge based on the patch size.
For most orders we do a minimum of 50 patches. Less can be done for an additional charge. There is no set up charge.
With an in house artist we can design a patch for you. If you have a design in mind send us your drawing or send us an existing patch and it will be faithfully duplicated.
